Leading

There are many definitions of leadership.  We have an affinity to leadership that starts with a strength in values and service to society and sustainability (Patagonia and Interface as examples).  As companies get larger the intersection of leadership, culture, and change management become increasingly important.

Two great starting points to get at what is core to you and your company are Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements and Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits.  Covey extended the seven habits into business with Principle Centered Leadership, also including a perspective on role model behaviors of the leader.
